Studio Rules & Policies

💳 Deposits & Payment

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking and applied toward your session total. Your remaining balance is due in full at the start of your session.

Any applicable overtime charges, damage, cleaning fees, or unauthorized space use incurred during your session will be invoiced after your session.

⏱️ Your Session Window

Your booked time covers everything — setup, shoot, breakdown, and cleanup. Sessions begin and end at your reserved time regardless of arrival. Late arrivals do not extend your session.

Wrap early? The clock doesn't rewind. Your full booked time is billed regardless of early departure.

🔁 Reschedule & Cancellation

• —Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.
• —48+ hours notice: First reschedule is free — deposit transfers to your new date.
• —Additional reschedules are subject to a $50 processing fee.
• —Within 24 hours: Deposit forfeited. A new deposit + $50 fee required to rebook.
• —No-shows forfeit the deposit entirely. A new deposit is required to rebook. Repeat no-shows may be restricted from future bookings.

📅 Scheduling

Framed Studios is appointment only. Sessions can be reserved up to 60 days in advance. Walk-ins are not accepted. All bookings must be confirmed through the online scheduling system prior to arrival.

🏢 Space Use — Stay in Your Lane

Your reservation covers only the space(s) listed in your booking.

• —Entering or shooting in any un-booked area — even briefly — will be invoiced at the standard rate (15-minute minimum).
• —No filming or photography in hallways or common areas.
• —Framed Studios reserves the right to end sessions without refund for repeated or intentional violations.

👥 Guests

Most spaces are capped at 10 guests. Need more? Contact us before booking: info@framedstudioslv.com

Headcount must match your booking. Guests beyond your listed party size are not permitted without prior approval.

🔦 What's Included

Every booking includes access to your reserved space and two (2) GVM 800D bi-color LED panels.

Additional lighting, modifiers, cameras, lenses, audio gear, and grip equipment are available as paid add-ons — not included unless explicitly confirmed at booking. Reach out before your session: info@framedstudioslv.com

🚫 House Rules

• —No adult or explicit content. Violation results in immediate session termination without refund.
• —No smoking, vaping, or drug use on premises.
• —No open flames — candles, sparklers, or otherwise.
• —No outside foggers or smoke machines. Haze is available as a paid add-on by approval only.
• —No pets. Service animals welcome.
• —Food and drinks in the lobby only — not on sets or near equipment.
• —Keep music and noise at a considerate level — other sessions may be running simultaneously.
• —Harassment, threatening language, or aggressive behavior directed at Framed Studios staff or management will result in immediate removal, forfeiture of all payments, and may result in legal action.

🔫 Weapons & Prop Weapons

No real weapons of any kind — firearms, knives, or otherwise.

🧨 Messy Materials

Confetti, glitter, powders, feathers, body paint, fake blood, liquids, and similar materials require written approval before your session.

Unapproved use or failure to clean up will result in a minimum $150 cleaning fee which will be invoiced to the booking party.

🌫️ Haze / Smoke

Haze and smoke effects require prior approval and must use our in-house haze machine (paid add-on). No outside foggers or smoke machines permitted.

🪑 Props & Sets

Return all props and furniture to their original position before leaving. Do not move items between rooms without approval. Damage, breakage, or failure to reset will be invoiced at full repair or replacement cost.

👶 Minors

Anyone under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present for the entire session.

📸 Model & Talent Releases

Securing model releases, talent agreements, and usage rights is solely the responsibility of the client. Framed Studios is not responsible for obtaining releases for any individuals photographed or filmed on premises.

🎥 Recording & Media

You retain full rights to content created during your session. Framed Studios may photograph or record the studio and sessions for marketing purposes. If you prefer not to be featured, notify us in writing before your session.

🎉 Events & Third-Party Vendors

Ticketed, open-invite, or party-style bookings require advance approval and may require a refundable security deposit. Reach out before booking: info@framedstudioslv.com

• —Any outside vendor, contractor, or third-party service provider operating on premises must be disclosed and approved in writing in advance.
• —Any sales, services, or revenue-generating activity conducted on premises requires prior written agreement with Framed Studios LV.
• —Framed Studios does not contribute to or split costs for outside vendor equipment, rentals, or any client-arranged logistics.
• —Verbal agreements are not binding. All arrangements must be confirmed in writing.

📦 Equipment & Property

All personal equipment, furniture, props, and property brought onto premises must be removed in full by the end of your booking window. No exceptions.

• —Items left beyond your session end time are subject to a $200/day storage fee, which will be invoiced.
• —Items not retrieved within 14 days will be treated as abandoned property under Nevada law (NRS 118C.230) and disposed of or donated at Framed Studios' discretion.
• —Framed Studios is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to items left on premises.

🅿️ Parking

Parking is available on-site. Framed Studios is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to vehicles or personal property left in the parking area.

📹 Security Cameras

Framed Studios maintains audio and video surveillance in main areas of the facility including entrances, common areas, and studio corridors. Cameras operate continuously during all hours of operation.

By entering the premises, you acknowledge and consent to being recorded. Footage is retained for security purposes and may be used in connection with any disputes, damage claims, or legal matters arising from your session.

⚠️ Liability

Framed Studios LV is not responsible for any injury, loss, theft, or damage to persons or personal property occurring on premises. All clients, guests, and vendors enter and use the facility at their own risk.

Clients are financially responsible for any damage to studio property, sets, equipment, or furniture caused by themselves, their guests, or their vendors during the booking window.

✅ By Completing Your Booking

You confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to all policies listed on this page. These terms apply to you and all members of your party. Framed Studios is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property. Framed Studios reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a session at its sole discretion for violations of any policy herein.
