Framed Studios is your creative playground — built for photographers, filmmakers, content creators, and visual storytellers. From curated sets to pro-level lighting, we’ve got the tools. You bring the vision.

To book your session, just select a service and lock in your time. A $50 non-refundable deposit secures your spot — applied toward your total. Remaining balance is due at the start of your booking.

By booking and entering the studio, you agree to these rules and accept responsibility for your party (guests, vendors, crew).

Let’s keep things smooth:

⏱️ Your Time Is Your Time
Your session starts and ends at the booked time — setup, shooting, breakdown, and cleanup all happen within your reservation window.

🔁 Reschedule Policy
Deposit is non-refundable. One reschedule is allowed with 48+ hours notice (subject to availability) (deposit transfers once). Less than 48 hours = deposit forfeited.

🏢 Shared Space / Stay In Your Lane
Framed Studios is a shared creative facility — be mindful of other booked areas, crews, and ongoing sessions.
Your booking includes access to only the space(s) listed in your reservation.
🚫 Using sets/rooms you didn’t reserve (even “just for a quick shot”) is not allowed.
💳 Unauthorized use will be billed at the current rate (minimum 15 minutes).
🚷 No shooting/filming in hallways or unbooked common areas.

🚭 No Smoking
Smoke-free zone. Keep it clean for the next creator.

🚫 No Explicit Shoots
No adult content. Keep it classy, keep it creative.

🐾 No Pets
We love animals, but not around the gear. Service animals welcome.

👥 Guest Count Varies
Each set has its own flow. Most spaces cap at 10 guests unless your service says otherwise. More than that? Hit us up first.

🔊 Noise / Music
Keep music at a reasonable level — especially with other sessions (and podcast rooms) nearby.

🍔 Food & Drink
Allowed in the lobby only. No food/drinks on sets or near equipment.

🧨 Confetti / Glitter / Messy Materials (Approval Only)
Confetti, glitter, powders, feathers, body paint, fake blood, liquids, etc. require approval.
If used without approval or left behind, a cleaning fee may apply.

🌫️ Haze / Smoke (Approval Only)
Haze/smoke is allowed by approval only and must be done using our haze machine (rented add-on). No outside foggers/smoke machines.
🚫 Do not tamper with alarms/sprinklers.

🕯️ No Open Flames
No candles, sparklers, or open flame of any kind.

🔫 Weapons / Prop Weapons
No real weapons of any kind (firearms, knives, etc.).
Prop weapons are allowed only if disclosed in writing before arrival and may require approval.
Failure to disclose will result in a $500 charge and immediate end of session.

⚪ Cyc Wall Care
Mind the curve. Clean shoes only (follow posted rules). Heavy scuffs/marks may require a touch-up or repaint fee.

🪑 Props / Furniture Reset
Return props and furniture where you found them. Do not drag furniture or move items between rooms without approval.
Damage or major mess? You’ll be billed for repair/replacement + cleanup. Charges may be applied to the card on file or invoiced to the booking party.

🎉 Throwing an Event?
Ticketed, open-invite, or party-style events require approval and may require a refundable security deposit. Reach out: info@framedstudioslv.com

🚫 No-Show / Abandoned Items
No-shows forfeit the deposit and booked time. Items left behind must be claimed promptly. Unclaimed items may be discarded after 48 hours unless a pickup is arranged in writing.
