Framed Studios LV is a private Las Vegas creative studio for photography, video production, podcasts, music videos, and branded content. Bookings are appointment only, setup and cleanup happen within your reserved time, and a 50% non-refundable deposit secures your session.
Book directly through our online scheduling page. Your date is secured once your booking is completed and the required deposit is paid.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to lock in your reservation and is applied toward your total.
No. The deposit is non-refundable. It reserves your time slot and removes it from availability for other clients.
Rescheduling requests are handled based on notice and availability. Reach out as early as possible. Last-minute changes are not guaranteed and may be subject to policy and fees.
Yes. Your reserved time includes setup, shooting, teardown, and cleanup. Please book enough time to fully complete your session.
Overtime may be charged when available. Availability is not guaranteed, especially if another booking follows yours. Book enough time up front whenever possible.
Your booked area is reserved for your session. The lobby is generally available during your reservation, but unbooked sets and rooms are off-limits unless included in your booking.
Smaller productions are the standard. If you have a larger crew, extra guests, or a more involved production, contact us in advance so we can confirm the best setup for your session.
No. You may only use the sets, rooms, and areas included in your reservation unless additional space has been approved and paid for.
Pets are generally not allowed. Service animals are welcome. If you have a special request tied to a shoot concept, ask first before assuming approval.
Keep food and drinks in approved areas and away from sets, props, and equipment unless otherwise approved for the shoot.
Anything messy or difficult to clean requires approval in advance.
- Confetti, glitter, powders, feathers, body paint, liquids, and fake blood must be cleared first.
- Unapproved use may result in cleaning fees.
- Outside smoke/fog machines are not permitted unless specifically approved.
No real weapons. Prop weapons must be disclosed and approved in writing before arrival. Undisclosed props may result in removal and fees.
Yes — the cyc wall and black CONNEX are positioned as a paired booking option. Confirm your exact setup when booking so expectations are locked in.
Included gear can vary by room and booking type. If you need specific lighting or grip, ask ahead so we can confirm what’s included and what’s available as an add-on.
Yes. Haze is available as an approved add-on. Ask in advance so it can be arranged properly for your session.
Vehicle shoots must be approved ahead of time. A repaint / restoration fee may apply depending on use and impact to the wall.
They are designed for podcast production, but the building is not fully soundproof. Most interviews and podcasts record well, though occasional ambient noise can happen in an industrial complex.
Yes. Podcast rooms are built for content capture and can be used for audio-first or audio-plus-video sessions depending on your production needs.
